PreserveMidtown made this video last year to show some of the infill building problems in midtown Tulsa. After a driving tour of neighborhoods, there are testimony’s from several homeowners who are suffering with quality livability, environmental and economic remediation problems caused by new infill. At this time, there are two active lawsuits two of the homeowners have filed against the builders involved. This infill was approved and permitted by the City of Tulsa.
