That comment is an obvious advertisement for a construction builder.

We would all be elated if said builder moved to your neighborhood too:) If I wanted to live in a ‘hood that looked like south Tulsa, I would have stayed there. The whole idea is to build houses that fit. It’s so logical and rational, I have a difficult time understanding how anyone could disagree. Hmmm. How do you spell greed?
